NEW YORK, NY – October 24, 2019 - Inventor and CEO of Straplets, Emily Kenison, proposes to CEO of Spanx, Sara Blakely. In an unexpected interaction, Kenison got down on one knee with a Straplet in hand and buckled it around Blakely’s shoe to make the proposal to be her mentor official. Previously in the crowd, Kenison boldly held a sign that held the phrase “Will You Marry Me” but it had “marry” crossed out with “mentor” written next to it.
